Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and welcoming greetings to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently process check-ins and check-outs using our property management systems (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding reservations, local attractions, and amenities.
- Assist guests with luggage, valet services, transportation arrangements, and special requests to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate.
- Handle guest concerns or minor issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex matters to the manager immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and a quick learning curve for new software applications.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates with no formal experience.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
