Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services seamlessly
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all hotel areas
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure operational excellence
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver's license (if assisting with valet services)
