Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Monitor and maintain property security and safety protocols throughout the night
- Manage front desk operations with accuracy and efficiency using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent guest needs
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally following established procedures
- Prepare and distribute daily reports and operational summaries
- Uphold brand standards through consistent professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel or hospitality customer service role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
