Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring all brand standards are met
- Restock amenities and linens to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed
- Deep-clean common areas, lobbies, and meeting spaces
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Pennsylvania work permit required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency required; multilingual candidates a plus
