Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest assistance
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies during overnight hours
- Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of public areas (lobbies, restrooms, elevators)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Complete nightly audit reports and documentation
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
