Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest requests promptly
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately
- Conduct nightly property inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for valet duties)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
