Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and ensure hotel safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests and facility needs
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Prepare end-of-night reports and secure all cash and valuables
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
