Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during night hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor and maintain hotel security protocols, ensuring guest safety and property integrity
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for prompt issue resolution
- Manage night audit procedures and financial transactions accurately
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Prepare guest rooms for next-day arrivals with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with discretion and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
