Responsibilities
- Monitor guest arrivals/departures and provide 24/7 concierge services
- Conduct nightly room inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Process late-night check-ins and billing transactions
- Report operational issues to management for immediate resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for property transportation)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
