Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Maintain detailed logs of guest requests and operational activities
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak hours
- Perform nightly audits and report discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask in fast-paced settings
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
