Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-star guest service during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage check-ins/checkouts and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and per hotel protocols
- Arrange transportation and local entertainment recommendations
- Maintain accurate logs of guest requests and incidents
- Upsell premium amenities and dining experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/concierge experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- TIPS certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license (for vaif service)
- Strong knowledge of Dallas nightlife/dining scene
- Professional appearance and demeanor
