Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional 24/7 guest assistance, including check-ins, special requests, and local nightlife recommendations
- Coordinate with security team to ensure property safety and guest well-being during overnight hours
- Manage VIP reservations and exclusive event coordination for late-night arrivals
- Oversee overnight front desk operations with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain positive guest satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Monitor hotel systems and report operational issues to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Valid Missouri hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City's nightlife, entertainment, and dining scene
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills a plus
