Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests during overnight hours
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure guest safety and facility operations
- Manage VIP guest experiences including transportation arrangements and restaurant reservations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally following established protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and facility status reports
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service transitions
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New York State hospitality certification preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Amadeus)
- Fluency in English; additional languages a significant plus
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
