Responsibilities
- Room Attendants: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring a spotless environment.
- Linens & Amenities: Change bed linens, make beds, and restock toiletries and amenities to meet high standards.
- Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to identify maintenance issues or damages and report them immediately.
- Sanitation: Follow strict health and safety protocols and cleaning schedules to maintain hotel hygiene.
- Security: Secure guest rooms and common areas during the night shift to ensure guest safety and property security.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work night shifts consistently.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
