Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in strict accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are perfectly prepared for the next day's arrivals.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during the night shift.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for late arrivals when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push heavy carts.
