Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and warmly.
- Operate the hotel’s front desk software and handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Perform light cleaning duties in the lobby, restrooms, and common areas.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest emails promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, including directions, local recommendations, and room service requests.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- No prior hospitality experience required – we provide full training!
