Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol the premises to ensure guest safety.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues to management.
- Assist with front desk duties during peak hours if needed.
- Support the housekeeping team with laundry and linen management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the USA.
- No prior experience required—we provide on-the-job training.
