Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest services during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor property security systems and conduct regular safety patrols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Manage emergency protocols and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation logistics
- Oversee lobby and common area maintenance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
