Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure the accurate completion of the nightly audit.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular rounds to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Handle all guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with the utmost professionalism and empathy.
- Manage cash handling, night deposits, and credit card settlements with strict accuracy.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the lobby, public areas, and private guest suites.
- Coordinate with the day shift management team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate with on-call vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or night audit roles.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera PMS, StayNTouch, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently during quiet hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Hospitality degree or certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating night shifts as required.
