Responsibilities
- Manage all front-of-house operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Ensure all security protocols and emergency procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment.
- Coordinate with the day shift management team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and safety equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and financial transactions.
- Supervise and support the night housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
