Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all night operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety protocols at all times.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and mentor the night audit team and front desk associates to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift with empathy and professionalism.
- Security Management: Conduct regular patrols and security checks to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.
- Coordination: Liaise with day staff and external vendors (maintenance, housekeeping) to ensure seamless handover of duties.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in monitoring night audit reports and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera) and MS Office applications.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred.
