As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless check-in experience while maintaining the highest standards of security and service.

Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Ensure the security and safety of all guests and property assets throughout the night.
- Handle incoming calls, resolve guest inquiries, and coordinate with the day shift team for seamless handovers.
- Maintain the lobby and common areas to meet strict cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
- Process payments and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Assist with light maintenance duties or housekeeping coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
