We are seeking a highly organized and guest-focused Night Shift Night Auditor to join our elite hospitality team in the heart of New York City. Responsibilities
- Execute front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments for late-arriving guests.
- Perform daily financial reconciliation, balancing the house bank, and processing credit card transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel premises to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing world-class customer service.
- Process wake-up calls, room service orders, and valet requests efficiently.
- Monitor hotel systems and update guest profiles and reservation details in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar software.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
- Must possess a calm demeanor and problem-solving skills in a quiet but active environment.
