Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage security protocols and emergency response procedures during overnight hours
- Supervise night audit processes and financial reconciliation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight service requests
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure safety and operational standards
- Train and mentor night shift staff on company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel management experience with night shift focus
- Texas Hotel Operator License (THOL) required
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of ADA compliance and safety regulations
