Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities to ensure operational readiness
- Address maintenance issues promptly and report property concerns to management
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle special guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (for transportation between properties)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest interactions
- Cleaning certification preferred (e.g., EcoLab, ServSafe)
