Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests immediately and escalate complex issues to the manager.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a professional appearance.
