Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests immediately and escalate complex issues to the manager.
  • Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness standards are met.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
