Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests during overnight hours
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure property security protocols are followed
- Perform routine inspections of public areas, pools, and facilities to maintain safety standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight issues
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally following established procedures
- Complete detailed shift logs and incident reports with accuracy
- Assist with valet parking and luggage service as needed during late arrivals/departures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Must pass background check and drug screening
