Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest services during night shift hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor property security and respond to emergencies per hotel protocols
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance operations for overnight guest satisfaction
- Act as primary point of contact for guest requests and issue resolution
- Execute opening/closing procedures for all hotel departments
- Prepare detailed shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Missouri driver's license (for property patrols)
- Ability to remain alert and professional during overnight hours
