Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Monitor hotel security and respond to guest emergencies during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Manage reservations and room status updates in real-time
- Execute nightly audits and financial reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency with PMS systems
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
