Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during guest check-ins, check-outs, and late-night inquiries
- Monitor hotel security and respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Perform nightly room inspections and coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Manage reservation systems and handle billing discrepancies
- Assist with valet services and manage guest parking operations
- Collaborate with security team to maintain a safe environment
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ pounds
