Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight service requests
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare guest rooms and common areas for next-day operations
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Complete detailed shift reports and communicate critical information to day staff
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
