Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registration.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct security rounds of the hotel property to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the lobby, corridors, and public areas throughout the night.
- Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondence in a timely manner.
- Assist with wake-up calls, room service orders, and valet parking coordination.
- Assist in key management and access control for hotel rooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Must pass a background check.
