Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card issuance.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure 5-star service standards.
- Perform nightly audits of the hotel's financial transactions and occupancy reports.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and wake-up call services.
- Handle wake-up calls and coordinate early morning amenities for guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent is preferred.
