Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular property patrols
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of common areas
- Coordinate with other departments for operational continuity
- Manage emergency procedures and incident reporting
- Prepare daily operational reports for management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Valid Illinois driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
