Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours with precision and professionalism
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve service inquiries with grace
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations calmly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or luxury hospitality experience
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Illinois hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexibility to cover rotating overnight shifts
