Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance at the front desk including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service standards
- Conduct nightly property inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
