Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk and common areas
- Process check-ins/checkouts using hotel management systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities
Qualifications
