Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent nighttime requests
- Manage front desk operations, including phone coverage and reservation management
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Complete nightly audit reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with emergency procedures and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (if required for duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
