Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional 24/7 guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure guest safety protocols are maintained
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and anticipate service needs
- Perform nightly audits of occupancy, revenue, and operational reports
- Execute emergency procedures and manage incident reporting
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and customer service aptitude
