Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner during evening hours.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure the lobby and common spaces are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and wake-up calls.
- Maintain security protocols and monitor the property effectively.
- Handle laundry and linen services as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow established safety and service procedures.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
