Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight shifts including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public areas and guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

Qualifications
