Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently for late arrivals and early departures.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure maximum guest safety and security throughout the night.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly via phone, email, or in-person.
- Perform nightly audits of room status, housekeeping reports, and billing discrepancies.
- Assist with light cleaning duties in public areas to maintain a pristine environment.
- Maintain accurate records of hotel activities, incidents, and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented, professional, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license is required.
