Responsibilities
- Manage late-night check-ins and check-outs with precision and warmth
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service standards
- Execute nightly audit procedures and financial transactions accurately
- Prepare guest rooms and public areas for next-day operations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for potential shuttle duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
