Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk, concierge, and valet operations during weekend shifts
- Manage staff scheduling, performance coaching, and conflict resolution
- Handle VIP guest requests and complex service recovery situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Monitor room inventory and optimize check-in/check-out processes
- Conduct daily shift briefings and post-shift debriefings
- Implement brand standards for cleanliness and service quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel operations experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven leadership in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Expertise in Opera/PMS systems and revenue management
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler/ServSafe certification
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Hotel management degree or equivalent industry certification
