- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Deliver personalized guest service with a focus on problem resolution
- Prepare nightly reports and maintain detailed guest records
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for property tasks)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
