Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Efficiently process arrivals and departures using our state-of-the-art property management system (PMS).
- Security Monitoring: Conduct thorough security patrols of the premises to ensure guest safety and property integrity throughout the night.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and common spaces.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor maintenance issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Key Management: Manage room keys and access cards securely and accurately.
- Report Generation: Prepare and submit daily operational reports and activity logs to the management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or security is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers, tablets, and hotel software (PMS) is a significant advantage.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer Service: A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help others are essential.
