Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest inquiries during night shift
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests overnight
- Prepare nightly reports and manage cash handling procedures
- Deliver exceptional guest service for late arrivals and early departures
- Perform routine property inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Valid California driver's license (if required for property transport)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., PMS)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
