As a night shift team member, you'll be the backbone of our overnight operations, ensuring safety, comfort, and impeccable service for our guests. Whether you're in front desk, housekeeping, or security, your role is crucial to maintaining our 24/7 excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Maintain security protocols and monitor hotel premises using advanced surveillance systems
- Coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure pristine room standards throughout the night
- Respond to guest inquiries and emergencies with professionalism and urgency
- Prepare daily reports and manage night audit procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service transitions
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California driver's license (for security roles)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with PMS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Exceptional communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
