Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk coverage, check-in/check-out services, and guest assistance
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency incidents per protocol
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation and reporting procedures
- Ensure public spaces remain clean, secure, and guest-ready
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid California driver's license (if required for property duties)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
