Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries during overnight hours
- Conduct nightly audits to ensure financial accuracy and system integrity
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight requests
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolution focus
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and operational activities
- Prepare daily reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
